Steve, Kathy, Corrie, Lily, and Owen
Steve Kim was born and raised in Toronto. The Lord saved him in 2010 while he was listening to a missionary preach on the Sermon on the Mount. He began attending Grace Fellowship Church of West Toronto that same year and was baptized. In 2011, he left with 18 others to plant Grace Fellowship Church Don Mills on the east side of the city. There, he met his wife, Kathy, and the Lord has since blessed them with two daughters, Corrie and Lily, and a son, Owen.
After completing a one-year pastoral internship at the church plant, Steve returned to Grace Fellowship Church of West Toronto in October 2015 to serve as the Associate Pastor. After more than seven years of ministry there, he accepted the call to be the Senior Pastor of Eastwood Baptist Church.
Steve is currently enrolled at Heritage Seminary in the Masters of Divinity program. His desire is to preach the Bible and proclaim Christ in all of His beauty so that the lost may be saved and the saints may find their souls happy in the Lord.
When he isn’t spending time with his family or serving his church, you will likely find him fishing for walleye on Lake Erie.

One of her favorite passages is Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths”.

read bio
Dave and Stephanie are custodians at Eastwood. They have attended Eastwood for over 30 years. Dave has been involved in the music ministry since moving to St. Thomas in 1984. He has also worked for Eastwood Housing since that time. Both Dave and Stephanie are involved in Awana, working with the Grades 3-5 Truth and Training (T & T) group.
Dave has a passion for pointing others to the Lord through both music and children’s ministry. His favourite verse is Romans 12:1-2, which says, “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect” (ESV).
